We proudly provide residential property management services in the Los Angeles County cities of Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos, Torrance, San Pedro, Bell, Bell Gardens, Bellflower, Cudahy, Downey, Lynwood, Maywood, Montebello, Norwalk, Paramount, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, South Gate, Whittier and surrounding areas throughout the Southland.

With over 7 years of local property management experience, as well as the network of a franchise system that has proven to be the industry leader for 30+ years, Real Property Management Southland can take care of all your property management needs.

Our local office was started by Miles Williams in 2014. Originally known as Real Property Management Long Beach, in 2018 Real Property Management Long Beach acquired a neighboring franchise territory and became Real Property Management Southland. Miles and his team have built up the office from 0 to over 500 units under management, in 7 years.

We believe that the property management industry needed to be improved, and it is our goal to improve the reputation of the property management industry as a whole.

Meet the Team

 

Miles Williams

Position: Broker/Owner
Role: Broker for the office and meets with new property owners.
Bio: Miles grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Long Beach to attend Long Beach State University. While finishing up a Master’s Program at LBSU, Miles decided to start his own property management company from the ground up. At the time he was in grad school full-time, working several part-time internships, and his wife was pregnant with their first child. Talk about motivation to make Real Property Management a successful business. Miles truly loves what he does and enjoys going to work everyday! Miles has two young boys, Cal and Woody, and a dog named Bingo. When not at work he enjoys surfing, boating, playing with his kids, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants. Miles’ keys to success are consistency, and being willing to have the tough conversation.

Perry Karn

Position: Senior Property Manager
Role: Main point of contact for multi-family owners and RPM.
Bio: Perry was born in Colorado, but has lived all over the map, including, Italy, Germany, Boston and Arizona. One of three boys, Perry enjoys playing rugby, beach volleyball, and football. If it’s outdoors, Perry is most likely into it.  Most weekends he can be found hiking around Southern California. Perry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. Perry is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. His keys to success are persistence  and caring.

Tracey Kormushoff

Position: Senior Property Manager
Role: Main point of contact for single-family homes managed by RPM. 
Bio: Tracey is a seasoned Real Estate Broker who has been managing properties for California owners for a little over 8 years. She also manages her own properties and is well versed in landlord/tenant Laws. She helps our owners navigate all aspects of leasing and maintaining their properties to maximize their assets to their greatest potential.

Shannon Smith

Position: Jr. Property Manager
Role: Resident’s main point of contact and oversees leasing and lease renewals.
Bio: If you have rented from us you have most likely spoken to Shannon at some point. Shannon is a problem solver! She excels at seeing the problem and finding reasonable solutions for all parties involved. Originally from Florida, she moved to California to pursue real estate. Shannon lives in Long Beach and is usually walking her dog “Money”, sewing, doing a puzzle, or enjoying a nice meal.

 

Kellie Peters

Position: Jr. Property Manager
Role: Resident’s main point of contact for single family homes.
Bio: Kellie started with us as a showing agent and has moved up to Jr. Property Manager after she showed exceptional leadership capability. After getting her degree in Healthcare Administration, Kellie joined the RPM Southland team. While working with us, Kellie also enrolled in aviation school, hoping to take to the skies and soar to new limits! Kellie’s keys to success are self-discipline and dilligence.

 

Melissa Ulloa
Position: Business Development Manager
Role: Onboarding new home owners. Ensuring the transition into property management is smooth. 
Bio: If you are a new owner with us, you definitely know Melissa. Melissa is our office optimist, ready to help onboarding homeowners,  assisting with all of their property management needs and questions. She also has her real estate license! Aside from property management, Melissa has a young daughter just starting kindergarten and loves her dog Luna. She loves to spend time at the beach and knows a lot about crystals/gemstones!

Kelly Fenninger
Position: Admin
Role: Administrative duties such as answering phones, data entry, and making sure your first interaction with our office is a pleasant experience.
Bio: Kelly joined our team in 2021. Having recently finished his Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Kelly was excited to get into the workforce. Kelly also puts his artistic talents to work with RPM by running our social media accounts. There’s a good chance Kelly is the first person you’ll speak with when you call our office, so be sure to say hello!

Frank Martinez

Position: Property Inspector
Role: Schedules and inspects occupied properties.
Bio: Frank was born and raised in Huntington Park, California. Prior to Real Property Management he worked for In Meter Management/Tech. Frank has been working with us since mid 2023. Frank loves to watch football, his favorite team is the LA Rams. A true people person, Frank loves to meet new people. His key to success is to hard work and determination.

Angie Dixon
Position: Leasing Admin
Role: First point of contact for future residents. Shows vacant properties and takes future residents through the application process.
Bio: Angie is our newest team member, but has already made a huge impact. She loves to provide outstanding customer service, and that is evident by the glowing 5 star reviews she has already received. Angie relocated to Long Beach in 2020 and is actively working on getting her real estate license. Prior to Real Property Management, Angie worked in the Criminal Justice field, and has a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Central Missouri, in Criminal Justice Administration. Angie loves to golf, workout, and is always looking for the best slice of Pizza. Her keys to success are to not be afraid to fail and to look at the big picture.
