Premium Plan:

  • 6.99% of collected rent or a minimum of $130, whichever is greater. Leasing Fee: $499 per lease. $199 per lease renewal, $75 per inspection

All-Inclusive Plan:

  • 8.99% of collected rent or a minimum of $170, whichever is greater. Leasing Fee: $0 per lease. $0 per lease renewal, $0 per inspection

Apartment Management Pricing

3-10 units: 5.9% of collected rent or $75 per unit whichever is greater

11+ units: 4.9% of collected rent or $65 per unit whichever is greater

If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

Rented in 29 Days Plan

We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your Real Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
