Our local office was started by Miles Williams in 2014. Originally known as Real Property Management Long Beach, in 2018 Real Property Management Long Beach acquired a neighboring franchise territory and became Real Property Management Southland. Miles and his team have built up the office from 0 to over 750 units under management, in 11 years.
We believe that the property management industry needed to be improved, and it is our goal to improve the reputation of the property management industry as a whole.

Miles Williams
Owner/Broker
Role: Broker for the office and meets with new property owners.
Bio: Miles grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Long Beach to attend Long Beach State University. While finishing up a Master’s Program at LBSU, Miles decided to start his own property management company from the ground up. At the time, he was in grad school full-time, working several part-time internships, and his wife was pregnant with their first child. Talk about motivation to make Real Property Management a successful business. Miles truly loves what he does and enjoys going to work every day! Miles has two young boys, Cal and Woody, and a dog named Bingo. When not at work, he enjoys surfing, boating, playing with his kids, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants. Miles’ keys to success are consistency and being willing to have the tough conversation.

Perry Karn
Portfolio Manager
Role: Oversee portfolio management and sales
Bio: Perry was born in Colorado, but has lived all over the map, including, Italy, Germany, Boston and Arizona. One of three boys, Perry enjoys playing rugby, beach volleyball, and football. If it’s outdoors, Perry is most likely into it. Most weekends he can be found hiking around Southern California. Perry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. Perry is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. His keys to success are persistence and caring.

Maria Salan
Account Manager
Role: Owner & Tenant Customer Service
Bio: Maria joined Real Property Management after years of experience in the property management industry. Most recently, she was working with high-end short-term rentals. Prior to that, Maria worked as a mediator, a skill that comes in handy in the property management industry. Maria holds an MBA. In her spare time, Maria loves to cook and runs an Instagram account dedicated to showcasing recipes from Guatemala. Maria is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Cristal Mendoza
Account Manager
Role: Owner & Tenant Customer Service
Bio: Cristal has worked in the property management industry for the last decade. She holds certifications in Business Administration and Financial Administration. If she’s not working, she enjoys fitness and trying new recipes. Cristal’s favorite quote is “Always learning, always improving”. Cristal is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Jackson Palmer
Vacancy Coordinator
Role: Marketing and Renting Vacancies
Bio: Jackson is a new addition to the Real Property Management team, but has quickly become a valuable asset. Jackson is a recent graduate of Chapman University, where he competed on the Golf Team. When not at work, Jackson is competing in endurance events and is definitely the fastest member of the Real Property Management team.

Francisco Ramirez
Maintenance Manager
Role: Manage Maintenance Team
Bio: Francisco has spent most of his career in Property Management, specifically maintenance departments. Since joining Real Property Management, Francisco has been integral in decreasing repair times for tenants and reducing repair costs for our clients. When he’s not working, he is usually spending time with his three children or experimenting with the latest AI tools. Francisco is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Aida Rodriguez
Maintenance Coordinator
Role: Coordinate Work Orders
Bio: Aida joined Real Property Management in 2026 and has been an integral part ever since. She comes from years of direct maintenance coordinator experience for large Property Management companies in the US. Clients and residents enjoy working with Aida because of her calm and professional demeanor. Aida is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Josh Barrios
Maintenance Coordinator
Role: Coordinate Work Orders
Bio: Josh joined Real Property Management in 2026. Josh has a Bachelor of Finance and Economics degree. Prior to joining RPM Josh worked for another Property Management company for 4 years. He prides himself on strong relationships with our Vendors and Residents. When he’s not working, Josh is usually doing something with Music. Josh is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Ana Pulido
Maintenance Coordinator
Role: Coordinate Work Orders
Bio: Ana joined the Real Property Management team in 2025 and has become an integral part of the team. Ana enjoys connecting with Residents and getting their home back up and running as quickly as possible. Ana is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Juan Barraza
Assistant Business Development Manager
Role: Onboarding New Clients
Bio: Juan joined the Real Property Management team in 2025 with a strong background in customer service and sales. If you are a new owner, Juan was probably the first person you spoke to when you reached out to our office. His favorite part of his role is assisting new clients as they onboard with Real Property Management. Juan is fluent in both Spanish and English.
