Basic Plan:
- 5.9% of collected rent or a minimum of $110, whichever is greater. Tenant Placement Fee: $899 per lease, $199 per lease renewal/rent increase, $75 per property evaluation
Premium Plan:
- 6.9% of collected rent or a minimum of $130, whichever is greater. Tenant Placement Fee: $399 per lease. $199 per lease renewal/rent increase, $75 per property evaluation
All-Inclusive Plan:
- 8.9% of collected rent or a minimum of $170, whichever is greater. Tenant Placement Fee: $0 per lease. $0 per lease renewal/rent increase, $0 per property evaluation
Apartment Management Pricing
- 2-10 units: 5.9% of collected rent or $95 per unit, whichever is greater. Tenant Placement Fee: $399 per lease. Lease Renewal/Rent Increase: $199. Periodic Property Evaluation: $55
